This is for the business owner that wants the peace of mind of knowing the status of their systems at all times. This plan works well for a business leader that works from home, has a very simple setup, and knows their way around their computer. Typically this business owner can solve most of their problems by themselves, and only needs help for issues beyond their experience level. At this level we are monitoring your systems for you on a regular basis. We alert you the moment that there is something wrong with your system, or if there is a risk of failure down the road. You are given a small amount of complimentary remote support minutes where we can remote in and take a look at any error messages and help you with minor issues that you may encounter. This is our most basic level of support and comes with a significant cost savings.
Because you are on a service plan you save on our discounted rates and are not subject to minimum times for service calls. If we detect a problem we can solve it for you at a discounted hourly rate; or we can advise you how to complete it yourself; or what to tell another company if you choose to have someone else solve the problem. We are always there to help you if you need us.
This is a perfect plan for a cost conscious business leader that wants to handle most of their technical needs on their own, but wants access to someone if they get in over their head. If you have a simple system and you want to do most of the work internally we recommend this plan. We have structured this plan so that the value you receive is in the free remote support allotment you receive per month, as well as discounted rates should you require our further assistance.
